Governmental Decree on Detailed Plan of national importance for regulation of Dogoše - Melje dam on Drava River Section.

This Decree adopts the state location plan for the water management of the Dogoše - Melje dam on Drava River Section. This text determines the regulation area, the design of the water infrastructure area regulation, the design of project solutions for urban, landscape and architectural design, the design of project solutions for transport, energy, water supply and other communal infrastructure, solutions and measures for environmental protection, nature conservation and protection cultural heritage and sustainable use of natural resources, as well as ensuring protection against accidents, phasing of implementation, obligations of the investor and contractors, tolerances and control over the implementation of the provisions of this regulation.
