Guidelines for integrating the aspect of gender equality into the work of ministries (2016-2020).

The Guidelines for integrating the aspect of gender equality into the work of Slovenian ministries for the planned period from the year 2016 until the year 2020 has the objective to provide the instructions for the work of ministries in integrating the aspect of gender equality into their work areas and to more precisely define the role of coordinators for equal opportunities for women and men. The ultimate goal of this text is to ensure that the specific needs and benefits of women and men and the possible effects of measures on their situation are taken into account at all levels and at all stages of the formulation and implementation of departmental policies, thereby eliminating gender inequalities and improving services aimed at different groups of users.
