Land survey activities Act.

This Act regulates land survey activities, land survey services and the organization and carrying out of the tasks of land survey services, the issuing and the use of land survey data, inspection supervision, and other matters related to land survey activities. Land survey activities include geodetic measurements and observations, mapping, and other works and procedures required to record real estate and land-related data, for determining real estate boundaries, and for technical purposes.
