Law on the conditions of the concession for the exploitation of the energy potential of Lover Sava river.

This Law here determines the conditions for the implementation of the concession for the exploitation of water energy potential in the area of Spodnja Sava (lover part-section of the Sava river) from the location Suhadol to the state border with the Republic of Croatia on water bodies or parts of water bodies coded SI1VT713, SI1VT739, SI1VT913 and SI1VT930 (all for the purpose of energy exploitation of Spodnja Sava river section) and the conditions that the concessionaire must meet when planning and building facilities for the implementation of the concession. The concession object of this text applies to the use of water for the production of electricity in hydroelectric power plants (or HPP) Vrhovo, Boštanj, Blanca, Krško, Brežice and Mokrice by exploiting the water potential of the Spodnja Sava.
