Abstract
This Operational program for achieving national upper limits of ambient air pollutant emissions has the objective to reduce emissions of pollutant substances by implementing policy measures aimed at direct reduction of greenhouse gas emissions where a significant impact of technological renovation of thermal power plants, by reducing energy use and increasing use renewable energy sources is highly underlined. This text includes projections and specific issues regarding the energy sector (production and overall impact), electricity and heat production, combustion of fuels in processing activities and construction, traffic, combustion of fuels in wide use, fugitive emissions, industrial processes, use of solvents and other products, agriculture, records on monitored and counted emissions, sulfur dioxide (so2) related indications, nitrogen oxides and other.
