Operational program of municipal waste water disposal and treatment.

This Operational program of municipal waste water disposal and treatment of the Republic of Slovenia is one of the key documents for achieving goals in the field of water protection against pollution by the discharge of municipal wastewater. It is a program document, with which, for each individual agglomeration, for which it is necessary to ensure the provision of public infrastructure within the prescribed time limits, or, if the prescribed conditions are met, the provision of other appropriate infrastructure for the discharge and treatment of municipal waste water, the requirements regarding discharge and treatment of municipal waste water and deadlines for achieving these requirements. The operational program for the disposal and treatment of municipal waste water also defines in more detail the obligations related to the equipping of individual buildings in areas outside the borders of agglomerations, or in areas that are not equipped with public sewerage and for which equipping with public sewerage is not prescribed.
