Recovery and Resilience Mechanism Implementation Guide (2022).

The Slovenian Recovery and Resilience Mechanism Implementation Guide (dated 2022) enables the processes and effective actins aimed at compliance and effort of measure provided by Recovery and resilience Plan of the Republic of Slovenia (framework document). The implementation decision represents the legal basis for the implementation of the plan. The management of the funds of the mechanism within the framework of the coordination body is handled by the Department for the management of plan funds in cooperation with the competent Ministry of Finance (mainly with the Treasury Directorate, the Budget Directorate and the Public Accounting Directorate). The Department for Monitoring Milestones and Goals is responsible for the establishment and monitoring of the plan implementation system, coordination with participants in the implementation of the plan, monitoring the achievement of milestones and goals.
