Abstract
This Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture, Forestry and Food establishes conditions on marketing of semen, ova and embryos of animal species which were acquired in approved centers or organizations dealing with handling of embryos, the requirements for registered distribution centers, and the process of destruction of inadequate reproductive material in the centers. These provisions apply to the reproductive material of cattle, swine, equine animals, sheep and goats. This Regulation is composed of ten articles divided into the following Sections: General provisions (Sec. 1); Requirements for establishments (Sec. 2); Marketing (Sec. 3); Destruction of reproductive material (Sec. 4); Registration procedure (Sec. 5); Transitional and final provisions (Sec. 6). The Annex specifies the form of health certificate which should accompany each shipment of reproductive material.
