Abstract
This Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture, Forestry and Food, which is composed of five articles and one Annex, establishes the form of application for the inspection of consignments of plants, plant products and other articles, forest reproductive material and seed material of agricultural plants, which must be inspected prior to import. The application form is specified in the Annex.
