Abstract
This Regulation specifies the applicants, beneficiaries, conditions and manner and procedure for granting the compensation for the payment of moorings (permanent structure to which a vessel may be secured) in fishing ports for 2020 due to the COVID-19 epidemic; Article 3 lists the conditions for payment of such compensation; methods for the calculation of the amount of compensation is defined in article 5; article 11 is related to the monitoring and reporting issues.
The Annex is also part of this publication (Annexes 1 and 2 containing administrative forms and statement sheets).
