Abstract
This Regulation determines the conditions for composition and labelling of gluten-free or very low-gluten content foods intended to be consumed as for gluten-sensitive or cereal-prone glamens or to subjects with special dietary needs.
These rules are generally in accordance with the provisions brought by the Directive 98/34/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 22 June 1998 laying down a procedure for the provision of information in the field of technical standards and regulations.
