Regulation on the conditions for importation or movement of certain harmful organisms, plants, plant products and other articles for experimental, research or development purposes.

This Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture, Forestry and Food lays down: (1) conditions for importation or movement of certain harmful organisms, plants, plant products and other articles for which the import is prohibited except for experimental, research or development purposes; (2) professional and technical qualifications required for scientific and research organizations for importation or movement of the material; (3) detailed contents of the application for a license for importation or movement of the material; (4) form and content of the prior agreement on the importation or movement of the material; (5) obligations of organizations using the material. This Regulation is composed of 29 articles divided into the following Sections: General provisions (Sec. 1); Conditions of importation or movement of the material (Sec. 2); Conditions of professional and technical qualifications (Sec. 3); Material for research purposes (Sec. 4); Permit for import or handling of material (Sec. 5); Obligations of organizations (Sec. 6); State authorities (Sec. 7); Transitional and final provisions (Sec. 8).
