Regulation on conducting nature risk assessment and obtaining authorization.

This Regulation of the Minister of the Environment and Spatial Planning sets out conditions and methods for risk assessments prior to the introduction or repopulation of non-native wild plants and animals in nature or breeding of non-native wild animals. This Regulation also establishes conditions to be met by legal or natural person to obtain authorization to carry out risk assessments and the method of authorization. These provisions do not apply to the introduction or breeding of plants or animals modified with the use of gene technology. This Regultion is composed of 28 articles divided into the following Sections: Introductory provisions (Sec. 1); Risk assessment (Sec. 2); Authorization (Sec. 3); Transitional and final provisions (Sec. 4).
