Abstract
This Regulation sets out the minimum quality conditions to be met by partially or wholly dehydrated canned or preserved (packaged) milk, including indications on general rules to be respected in terms of packaging and labelling.
These rules are in accordance with the provisions of the Council Directive 2001/114/EC of 20 December 2001 relating to certain partly or wholly dehydrated preserved milk for human consumption; and Council Directive 2007/61/EC of 26 September 2007 amending Directive 2001/114/EC relating to certain partly or wholly dehydrated preserved milk for human consumption.
The Annex is part of this publication (list of product official names, denominations, and definitions). Related minimum product quality conditions are also listed in the Annex.
