Regulation on development levels of undeveloped building land.

This Regulation determines the necessary rules, criteria and method for proper classification and recording of the development levels of unbuilt building land present on the national territory. Development levels are levels that provide information about the development of individual undeveloped land and, consequently, the possibility of using such undeveloped land for the purpose of building buildings. The criteria for classifying undeveloped land into development stages are determined for: areas that are not planned in detail; detailed planned areas.
