Abstract
This Regulation of the Government of the Republic of Slovenia, which is composed of 29 articles and one Annex, establishes prohibitions, restrictions and any other provisions concerning disposal of polychlorinated biphenyls and polychlorinated terphenyls (PCB), the decontamination or disposal of equipment containing PCBs and the disposal of used PCBs in order to eliminate them completely. This Regulation sets out also reporting obligations to the European Commission. The Annex describes the labelling of decontaminated PCB equipment.
