Abstract
This Regulation of the Government of the Republic of Slovenia, which is composed of 13 articles, establishes provisions for stationary gas turbines with a rated thermal input below 50 MW and stationary combustion engines: specific limits of emissions of substances; measures relating to the reduction of emissions into the air; conditions of the adaptation of existing stationary gas turbines with a rated thermal input below 50 MW and existing stationary combustion engines. This Regulation is divided into the following Sections: General provisions (Sec. 1); Limits of emissions of substances in waste gases (Sec. 2); Operational monitoring of emissions (Sec. 3); Control (Sec. 4); Penalty provisions (Sec. 5); Transitional and final provisions (Sec. 6).
