Abstract
This Regulation of the Government of the Republic of Slovenia, which is composed of 11 articles and two Annexes, establishes specific requirements concerning the emission of substances in the discharge of industrial waste water from plants dealing with the production of pulp and from facilities for integrated production of pulp, paper and paperboard. In particular this Regulation sets out parameters of industrial waste water (art. 3) and specific measures relating to the reduction of emissions (art. 4). Monitoring of the implementation of this Regulation shall be conducted by inspectors responsible for environmental protection.
