Abstract
This Regulation of the Government of the Republic of Slovenia, which is composed of ten articles and two Annexes, establishes requirements concerning the emission of substances and heat in the discharge of waste water from industrial plants dealing with the production of alcoholic and soft drinks. In particular, this Regulation sets out limit values of waste water (art. 3) and specific measures relating to the reduction of emissions (art. 4). Monitoring of the implementation of this Regulation shall be conducted by the inspectors responsible for environmental protection.
