Regulation on financial compensation for loss of income to holders of complementary farm activities due to the COVID-19 epidemic.

This Regulation specifies the measure, applicants, beneficiaries, conditions, method of calculation and procedure for granting financial compensation for loss of income to holders of complementary farm activities due to the COVID-19 epidemic. This loss of income is resulting from a ban on supplementary farm activities, a specified in article 3 of this text. Criteria for determining the amount of compensation is listed in article 7.
Complementary farm activities are activities such as tourist farms with accommodation; excursion farms; wine shops on farms; transport of passengers by carts and tractors; museums and thematic collections; theme parks; body care and hive air relaxation; organization of workshops or courses of farms, farm education; presentation of works from agricultural, forestry and supplementary activity
