Abstract
This Regulation, based on the provisions of the Slovenian Forest Law, determines the forest management plan of the Mežica forest management unit (ownership both private and public), prepared for the period from 1 January 2020 to 31 December 2029 by the Slovenian Forest Service, Slovenj Gradec Regional Unit. This text indicates issues regarding production functions, ecological functions, social functions and maximum timber/felling, among cultivation works necessary for the preservation and development of forests, maintenance of bushes and riparian areas, maintenance of pastures and grasslands in the forest, planting fruit-bearing trees and shrubs, maintenance of seedlings of fruit trees, harvesting, conservation of biotopes with felling, natural development of biotopes, leakage of standing biomass, coating, protection of young people from fence and maintenance of the same and maintenance of fire lanes.
