Regulation on the implementation of agricultural policy measures for 2021.

This Regulation lays down more detailed procedures regarding the integrated administration and control system (IACS) and cross compliance for the implementation of several European Union related legislation as listed in article 1. Topics governed by this text are related to direct payment schemes, agri-environment-climate payments, organic farming and payments to areas with natural or other special restrictions, animal welfare measures, investment in fixed assets and sub-measure support for investments in forestry technologies and processing, aid for the start-up of activities intended for the development of small farms, establishment of producer groups and organizations in the agricultural and forestry sector, state aid in the field of agriculture and other (listed in articles 2 and 3).
