Abstract
This Regulation defines the competent authority and prescribes penal provision related to the means of implementation into the legal system of the Republic of Slovenia, of Commission Regulation (EC) No. 1895/2005 on the restriction of use of certain epoxy derivatives in materials and articles intended to come into contact with food.
The official health surveillance of the implementation of this Regulation shall be carried out by health inspectors and veterinary inspectors in accordance with their respective competencies (article 3).
Article 4 sets out the penalties related to offences under the new adopted rules.
