Abstract
This Regulation, as in accordance with the Slovenian Plant protection products Act, lays down the detailed requirements for the implementation of integrated pest management and for keeping records of the methods used for pest control in accordance with Annex III to Directive 2009/128/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 21 October 2009 establishing a framework for Community action for the sustainable use of pesticide. The user of PPP for professional use shall use a method of protection for the implementation of integrated plant protection against pests which, with an optimal combination of preventive measures, low-risk plant protection methods and PPP for professional use, ensures healthy plant growth and enables pest control. It must regularly inspect its crops and plantations, observe the occurrence of harmful organisms and, on the basis of its own judgment and experience, select the most appropriate method of plant protection.
The Annex is part of this publication (Labelling of PPPs in accordance with the rules on incompatibility of certain PPPs or groups of PPPs; Labelling of the PPPs regarding their hazard classification).
