Abstract
This Regulation of the Government of the Republic of Slovenia, which is composed of 41 articles and five Annexes, establishes, in accordance with the legislation of the European Community, provisions concerning waste electrical and electronic equipment in order to prevent waste generation equipment and ensure its reuse, recycling and other methods of processing. This Regulation also lays down measures to improve efficiency in the waste of all persons who, due to their activities, are involved in the life of electrical and electronic equipment, such as manufacturers, distributors and end users, especially those who are directly involved in the collection, processing and disposal of residual processing of waste equipment.
