Abstract
This Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture, Forestry and Food lays down detailed provisions governing the marketing of forest reproductive material and establishes: (1) professional qualifications of persons responsible for fulfilling obligations of the supplier of forest reproductive material and specific requirements relating to land, buildings, machinery and equipment; (2) form and documents which must accompany the application for registration of suppliers; (3) format and content of the plan of production; (4) criteria for adequate quality of forest reproductive material; (5) method of labeling and packaging of reproductive material; (6) the content and format of the documents of supplier; (7) quantity of seed to be considered as small; (8) classification of reproductive material qualities; (8) method of keeping records on cultivation, storage, inventory, sales and acquisitions of reproductive material; (9) method of informing on the marketing of reproductive material. This Regulation is composed of 25 articles divided into the following Sections: General provisions (Sec. 1); Entry in the register (Sec. 2); Quality of reproductive material (Sec. 3); Packaging and labeling (Sec. 4); Record keeping and reporting (Sec. 5); Transitional and final provisions (Sec. 6).
