Abstract
This Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture, Forestry and Food lays down general and administrative conditions for checking the identity and health of consignments of plants, plant products and other objects coming from third countries to officially approved areas in order to preserve the identity of these shipments and to prevent the spread of harmful organisms. This Regulation specifies also the form of document accompanying the shipment of plants to officially approved place and establishes provisions concerning cooperation of competent authorities and keeping of records and information. This Regulation is composed of 34 articles divided into the following Sections: General provisions (Sec. 1); Conditions for carrying out checks (Sec. 2); Procedure of formal approval and record keeping (Sec. 3); Cooperation of competent authorities (Sec. 4); Transitional and final provisions (Sec. 5).
