Abstract
This Regulation determines the minimum conditions to be fulfilled by persons registered to carry out works in forests or forestry related works, here defined as contractors.
Contractors, subject of this text, may perform the following: most works in the forests; several successive phases in the field of forest exploitation; individual phases of works in forests.
Article 5 lists the types of work for which contractors must ensure that each workers has an appropriate education or training. Article 7 determines that all forestry contractor must have organized occupational safety and health in accordance with occupational safety and health regulations.
