Abstract
This Regulation of the Minister of Environment and Spatial Planning lays down, in accordance with Directive 98/70/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council relating to the quality of petrol and diesel fuels and amending Council Directive 93/12/EEC, rules of: (1) the monitoring of physico-chemical properties of fuels; (2) the method of reporting on measurements; (3) the conditions of granting and withdrawing authorization to carry out the monitoring. The present Regulation is composed of the following Sections: General provisions (Sec. 1); Monitoring of properties of fuel (Sec. 2); Carrying out the monitoring (Sec. 3); Annual reporting on monitoring (Sec. 4); Transitional and final provisions (Sec. 5).
