Abstract
This Regulation specifies the sampling method and the method for official measurement of temperatures of quick-frozen foodstuffs, aimed for official controls in the production and marketing of frozen foods.
These rules are in accordance with the provisions of the Commission Directive 92/2/EEC of 13 January 1992 laying down the sampling procedure and the Community method of analysis for the official control of the temperatures of quick-frozen foods intended for human consumption.
The Annex (1 and 2) is part of this publication (containing the list of procedures for sampling of frozen foods; list of procedural and technical methods of measuring of frozen food temperature).
Entry into force notes
This Regulation originally entered into force on the fifteenth day after its publication in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Slovenia.
