Regulation on operational monitoring of soil conditions.

This Regulation here determines the impact of the implementation of activities in accordance with the rules prescribed by the Directive 2010/75/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council on industrial emissions (integrated pollution prevention and control), as for for operational monitoring of the condition of the soil in a specific interested area. This text defines the scope, criteria for the selection of sample sites and parameters, the methodology of soil sampling and analysis of soil samples, evaluation of changes in the content of parameters, the content of the proposal for the operational monitoring of the soil condition and reports on the operational monitoring of the soil condition and the method and format of recording and reporting data on the operational monitoring of soil conditions. Operational monitoring of soil condition includes: 1. soil sampling at sample sites and record of soil sampling at each sample site; 2. storage and transport of soil samples; 3. collection of soil samples in the laboratory; 4. preparation of soil samples in the laboratory; 5. measurement and analysis of the parameters of the soil samples taken; 6. evaluation of the results of the analyzes and the impact in relation to the individual parameters that are the subject of the operational monitoring of the soil condition; 7. preparation of the report referred to in article 14 of this text.
