Regulation on operational monitoring of surface water.

This Regulation of the Minister of Environment and Agriculture, which is composed of seven Sections, lays down the rules of operational monitoring of the parameters of surface water, scope, methodology, sampling, measurement and analysis of samples, evaluation of the impact on the status of surface water, content of the report and the manner and form of keeping records and reporting on operational monitoring of surface water. The present Regulation provides parameters and the scope of the operational monitoring of surface water in order to determine the impact of waste disposal in landfill in accordance with point 3 of Annex III to Council Directive 1999/31/EC on the landfill of waste. This Regulation also sets out the technical conditions to be met by a person to obtain authorization for operational monitoring of surface water, and details on withdrawal of authorizations for operational monitoring of surface water.
