Abstract
This Regulation determines the program, necessary contents and methods for taking a professional exam in the field of plant health protection for phytosanitary and forestry inspectors who perform inspections under the law governing plant health protection. This text further specifies the mandatory conditions that the contractor must meet in terms of professional examination, among conditions that the lecturers must meet, the form of the certificate of the professional examination and related record keeping rules.
