Abstract
This Regulation of the Government of the Republic of Slovenia, which is composed of 23 articles and two Annexes, establishes types of biofuels being subject to this regulation, the proportions of annual volumes of biofuels that are placed on the market of the Republic of Slovenia for transport, obligations of distributors of fuel for transport in connection with the administration of biofuels on the market, and the way of monitoring of the implementation of this Regulation. The Regulation is divided into the following Sections: General provisions (Sec. 1); Target value of biofuels placed on the market (Sec. 2); Obligations of distributors (Sec. 3); Assessment of biofuels placed on the market (Sec. 4); Obligations of users of fuel (Sec. 5); Fuels for motorway and express road placed on the market (Sec. 6); Reaporting (Sec. 7); Control and offences (Sec. 8); Transitional and final provisions (Sec. 9).
