Regulation on recognition of interbranch organizations in agricultural sectors.

This Regulation specifies more detailed conditions and procedures for the recognition of inter-branch organizations operating in agricultural sectors, as for the implementation of Articles 157, 158, 162 and 163 of the Regulation (EU) no. 1308/2013 of the European Parliament and the Council of 17 December 2013 on the establishment of a common regulation of agricultural product markets. Specific conditions for the recognition of an interbranch organization are laid down in article 4. Only one inter-branch organization can be recognized for each sector. However, an inter-branch organization operating in several sectors may be granted more than one recognition if it meets the conditions for each individual sector for which it submits an application for related recognition.
