Abstract
This Regulation sets out the detailed conditions for the recognition, the recognition process and the process of withdrawing the recognition of a producer group for joint marketing. The producer group shall be recognized for: 1. meat, meat products and live cattle sector; 2. sector meat, meat products and live small animals and farmed game; 3. fruit and vegetable sector; 4. herb sector; 5. ornamental plant sector; 6. sector of crops and oilseeds; 7. grain sector; 8. bread wheat sector; 9. brewing barley sector; 10. sugar beet sector; 11. sector pumpkin oil; 12. sector potatoes; 13. hemp sector; 14. olive oil and table olives sector; 15. wine grape sector; 16. sector agricultural products from the organic production and processing quality scheme; 17. sector agricultural products from the integrated production quality scheme; 18. wine sector; 19. bee products sector; 20. forest wood products sector. In addition to these, a group of producers can be recognized as a short supply chain if it sells its members' agricultural products on the local market, as determined by the law governing agriculture.
