Regulation on the recognition of producer organizations and associations of producer organizations in the fruit and vegetable, olive oil and table olive and hop sectors.

This Regulation sets out more detailed conditions and procedures for the recognition of producer organizations in the fruit and vegetable, olive oil and table olive and hop sectors and associations of producer organizations in the fruit and vegetable, olive oil and table olive and hop sectors, as for the implementation of provisions contained in related European Union legislative documents (see article 1). Sectors for which the producer organization is recognized are defined in article 3; conditions for the recognition of producer organizations are laid down in article 6.
