Regulation on the recognition of producer organizations and associations of producer organizations in the sectors of grain, sugar, flax and hemp, beef and veal, sheep and goat meat, eggs, poultry meat, beekeeping products, wine, live trees and other plants, bulbs, roots and the like , cut flowers and decorative foliage and other products.

This Regulation specifies more detailed conditions and procedures for the recognition of producer organizations and associations of producer organizations for the implementation of Articles 152, 153, 154 and 156 of Regulation (EU) no. 1308/2013 of the European Parliament and the Council of 17 December 2013 on the establishment of a common regulation of agricultural product markets. or the implementation of Article 152 of Regulation 1308/2013/EU, the producer organization shall be recognized as one of the following sectors from the second paragraph of Article 1 of Regulation 1308/2013/EU: 1. cereals; 2. sugar; 3. flax and hemp; 4. beef and veal; 5. sheep and goat meat; 6. eggs; 7. poultry meat; 8. beekeeping products; 9. wine; 10. live trees and other plants, bulbs, roots and the like, cut flowers and decorative foliage; 11. other products from Part XXIV of Annex I of Regulation 1308/2013/EU. Conditions for the recognition of producer organizations are laid down in article 4.
