Regulation on the record of landscape features for conditionality and agricultural policy measures.

This Regulation specifies the detailed content of the record of landscape features for conditionality and agricultural policy measures (EKRZ), areas in the Republic of Slovenia where landscape features are preferentially covered, types of landscape features, descriptions of landscape features, minimum areas or dimensions of coverage, methodology of coverage data on landscape characteristics, notification of changes, publication and method of maintenance of EKRZ for groups of trees or shrubs, borders, border vegetation, individual trees, trees in a row and water element. The Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Food establishes and manages the EKRZ in graphic form based on orthophotos or other data as specified in article 7 of this text. The Annex, part pf this text, contains the Graphic representation of the area covering landscape features.
