Regulation on registration in the records of drainage and irrigation systems.

This Regulation specifies the detailed content, management method and procedure for entering into the records of drainage and irrigation systems. This register shall contain a graphic and written part and also the following information about individual drainage or irrigation systems: 1. administrative units in the area of which there is a drainage or irrigation system; 2. Municipalities in the area of which there is a drainage or irrigation system; 3. year of construction of the drainage or irrigation system; 4. the surface of the drying or irrigation area; 5. system subtype (drying system, irrigation system); 6. type of irrigation system (state irrigation system, local irrigation system, private irrigation system); 7. stage of implementation of the drainage or irrigation system (under construction, built, decommissioned); 8. data on the operation of the drying or irrigation system (working, non-working); 9. data on the annual assessment of costs for the regular operation and maintenance of drainage or irrigation systems in accordance with the law governing agricultural land.
