Regulation on requests for authorization for plant protection products.

This Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture, Forestry and Food, which is composed of six articles, establishes the way of fulfilling requests for new authorization, change, renewal and extension of the temporary authorization for plant protection products. The application should be addressed to the Administration for Plant Protection and Seeds in the form available at the administration and in electronic form available on the website of the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Food. The application must be by prepared in Slovenian and must be accompanied by the required documentation.
