Regulation on service card and badge for phytosanitary inspection.

This Regulation determines the form, content, procedure for awarding and validity of the service card and badge of officials who exercise public authority to carry out phytosanitary inspection (card and badge samples are attached in the Annex of this text), handling in the event of their damage or loss, and the validity of such service cards and badges. The identification card and badge are used to identify officials who exercise public authorization to perform phytosanitary inspection, to whom the Phytosanitary Administration of the Republic of Slovenia has granted the official public authorization to perform related phytosanitary inspection tasks.
