Regulation on the state of agriculture climate report.

This Regulation determines the detailed content of the annual report on adaptation to climate change, mitigation of climate change and emissions of greenhouse gases, ammonia and other air pollutants in agriculture (climate report). The climate report must contain a description of the situation and activities in the following areas of adaptation to climate change and mitigation of climate change from the law governing agriculture: land use, land use change and forestry; emissions of greenhouse gases and ammonia and other air pollutants in agriculture; condition of agricultural soils, use and consumption of fertilizers in agriculture; sustainable use of energy and renewable energy sources in agriculture. The climate report must also contain a description of the situation and activities regarding the following related content: review of the implementation of environmental, climate and investment measures of the common agricultural policy of the European Union, which have an impact in the areas of adaptation to climate change and mitigation of climate change, review of the implementation of obligations arising from the National Energy and Climate Plan, strategies related to the areas of climate change, agricultural soils, emissions and other gases, renewable energy sources, energy use in agriculture, etc.; b) review of the implementation of the public advisory service in the field of adaptation to climate change and mitigation of climate change; c) a summary of the latest completed research and innovation – monitoring of new technologies for adaptation to climate change and mitigation of climate change in agriculture; d) description of innovations in agriculture or in connection with agriculture, food or fodder production.
