Resolution on the research and innovation Strategy of Slovenia 2011-2020.

The Research and innovation strategy of Slovenia for the programmed period from the year 2011 until the year 2020 sets the following vision: By 2020, a responsive research and innovation system will be established, co-created by all stakeholders and open to the world. This system will be firmly anchored in society, will serve it, respond to the needs and desires of citizens, and enable the solution of major social challenges of the future, such as climate change, energy, lack of resources, health and aging. The scope is: To establish a modern research and innovation system that will enable a higher quality of life for all, critical reflection of society, effective solutions to social challenges, an increase in added value per employee and the provision of more and better jobs.
