Abstract
This Act lays down some amendments and addenda to the Act on forests in accordance with Regulation (EU) No. 995/2010 of the European Parliament and of the Council laying down the obligations of operators who place timber and timber products on the market. In particular the present Act amends provisions in Section 3 specifying conditions extraction, collection, transport and storage of timber.
