Act amending the Act on peaceful use of nuclear energy (Atomic Act).

This Act lays down some amendments and addenda to the Act on peaceful use of nuclear energy (Atomic Act). In particular, the present Act establishes provisions comncerning decommissioning of nuclear installation (art. 20), nuclear safety (art. 23), assurance of the quality of nuclear installations (art. 25), administrative delicts and offences (art. 34).
