Abstract
This Act, which is composed of seven articles, lays down conditions of registration of organizations in the Community eco-management and audit scheme (EMAS), the competence of state administration in the field of environmental management and audit and liability for unauthorized use of the EMAS logo. Art. 2 provides details on registration of organizations in EMAS scheme. Art. 4 describes stratego for supporting and promoting the scheme. Art. 5 specifies institutions of state administration in the field of environmental management and audit.
