Act on foodstuffs.

This Act establishes conditions for the production of foodstuffs, their processing and marketing. It aims at ensuring consumer protection and to this end it sets up an inspection system. The Act is composed of the following Sections: (1) Introductory provisions; (2) Foodstuffs; (3) Tobacco products; (4) Competences of inspection authorities; (5) Organization of foodstuffs inspection; (6) Penalties; (7) Common, temporary and final provisions.
