Abstract
This Act concerns the payment of charges for landfill operation. The calculation of charges is based on the quantity and quality of waste disposed in landfills. The Act defines the procedures for the payment of charges and also the penalties related to the non-payment and other violations of the provisions of the Act. The Act is completed by five annexes setting the values of the charges and regulating reporting procedures.
