Act No. 247/2024 on contributions provided from the European Agricultural Fund for Rural Development.

This Act lays down provisions concerning contributions from the European Agricultural Fund for Rural Development. It provides the procedure and conditions for providig a contribution, as well as responsibilities of various entities involved in the funding process for rural development projects during the programming period of 2023-2027. Contributions are provided from the European Agricultural Fund for Rural Development and the state budget, aimed at financing interventions for rural development outside the integrated administrative and control system.The Act details the financial management system, including rules and procedures for planning, budgeting, and monitoring financial flows related to the contributions. The present Act is composed of the following Sections: (1) Basic provisions; (2) Competence of authorities; (3) Procedure for making a contribution; (4) Procedure for providing a contribution to a financial instrument; (5) Financial relations when providing a contribution; (6) Financial adjustments and management of state receivables.
